How our procedures have changed

We are committed to the health and safety of our customers, and to minimise the risk of spreading the virus we have put the following procedures in place.

For house shoots, to protect customers we will be disinfectanting our hands and equipment before entering and leaving the property. Ideally for the purposes of reducing the transmission risk, the property will be clear of occupants, but where this is not possible, then we commit to keeping a safe distance away from house occupants. This will always be at least 2m distance.

Staff will wear a mask and gloves where required by the customer but if this is the case, occasionally gloves may need to be removed to operate camera equipment.
